Brisbane Christmas tree lighting 2016 | Lifestyle

Since young, I always watch western movies & I've learned that Christmas is always a big thing in the western countries (Australia as well). It is officially a month to go for Christmas! YAY!!( ok, to be exact is 29 days) Although Australia season is going into Summer, but this does not stop the excitement for the locals. Cause i came from a 4 Summer season country, Malaysia, this year's Christmas is nothing different from my country. I bet there are lots of not local Asians are going to have their 1st summer Christmas ~ especially my friends, since they come from a 4 seasoned country

This is the 1st time I joined my friend to go for a lighting event. Although the schedule was set to be lighting up at 6:30pm, the lighting up was delayed to 7pm, for unknown reason but probably it was because the sun set late yesterday.

We waited for an hour for this lighting event and it was quite disappointing to me (like just a lil bit). I thought there were more things to just the light up of the Christmas tree, but it was literally JUST the lighting up.... Ok to be fair, there are Christmas carolling going on the stage area. It is still not bad, I mean, we non-locals should be there to experience their culture right? Well this is part of Brisbane's main event of the year, so I think it was worth the go for an experience. 

Thanks to my buddies for the invite, I enjoyed alot of crap talk with them. I also enjoyed laughing at how santa sang "Rudolph the red nose reindeer" with his broken singing & out of tune singing X'D! A great day to spend with friends.

Some information:

This is the largest Christmas tree in Brisbane, it is also the 1st solar powered Christmas tree ( huge thumbs up for eco-friendly) The solar panel is placed on the star, top of the tree, providing power to 1.5 meters of LED lights that are surrounding the tree.

how do I start?

Apparently I'm in my Summer's break while waiting for my internship here in Australia. I am really very bored~
Okay okay~ This time i must swear to myself to blog every once a week. I know some people say that I should blog like a hobby, whenever I feel like too, just blog. But I feel that I should do something consistantly. I've started blogging but i stopped due to my college work, I started youtubing but i stopped due to my uni work. Nothing is consistant.

There's this one thing that actually part of the reason that I paused all these blogging & youtubing is actually, its shy to say cause i'm a grown adult.... "I'm embarassed." I'm embarassed of looking myself in video, thinking that my topic for my video is not good enough. I kept thinking which ever blogging/ youtubing, my topic isnt good enough and I'm embarassed of myself.(yes part of me is a perfectionist)

So I thought I should contiue my blog again. This time I must be Very determained and consistant... I believe I said this things many times, but I really need free time(from homeworks and assignments) and motivation.

Will try to have a better topic next blog~  okay I promise It will be a better blog post than this~
also I will finish up the renovation of my blog~

Reviving dead blog with Althea Korea

I gotta slap myself awake for actually leaving my blog hanging for a year~ oh my god~~ I think I gotta put up a self reminder + Motivation on my wall to push myself & update often~

Will continue my blog back with my experience with Althea. Ever since Althea had launched, I've been always visiting their webpage, but during that time I see no purpose to get any of their products. After I've went to Australia(study purpose), I realized that Asian products in Aussie is very very expensive, I couldn't even get my hands on them because of the price. Once I knew I'm coming back, I went to the page to get some essential beauty products I can bring back to Aussie.


Products sold in Althea are 100% Authentic products from Korea so do not worry if you would get a fake product as it is 100% safe to use. Not only that, Their price are cheaper than retail price! so why pay more when you can save more & still get the same product.

Because i got it during the Ramadan season, their box is in Ramadan theme, which also makes a good present if you are getting for someone during the Festive season.

Their packaging is very neat ,all items are wrapped with bubble wrap to assure that the original packaging of the items are not smashed and of course to make sure the items wont move around during the shipment. They event included sample & some voucher to give out during Hari Raya~

These are the items i got from Althea and it only cost RM300 for ALL OF THESE! worth it! I will do a full review for each product soon.

I bet every girls out there wanna be fashionable. girly, be fabulous all the time. Have you ever thought of just wearing clothes that looks nice doesnt make it all?  What if I tell you that you look absolutely AMAZING, but the moment you pull out your lipbalm from your bag, its a total turn down because it doesnt fit your look~ Here's the latest Trendy Fashionable cool looking lipbalm you can ever find! (ok i know the opening intro is like bullshitting, but i totally love this product ><!)

Ok.. the real reason i wanted this product so desperately is because of Mariko-sama ~><! i admit it~

Question:
1.Why is it called Chulip?
Chu means kiss in japanese, pretty much the sound it makes when you wanna kiss, and lip.. I do not need to explain lip right~

2. What make it different from other lipbalm
Of course the shell of the lipbalm shows  everything~ tunlike other lipbalm that comes in a stick or tube form, this is a dome form, which you dont need to swirl up & down & easy application. Also this cute lil thing can be use as decorative items. You can decorate & give your friends & Family a Limited Edition Lipbalm of your own ^^.

3. How is the application?
Very moisturizing & fragrant. I've been using for 2 days now and Im pretty satisfy with it. Moisturizing ingrdients of Olive oil, Macadamia Nut Oil & Roseship Oil is added into the fomular which makes it super moisturizing & not greasy. The fragrant is abit strong that it feels like applying perfume on your lip. (P/S: I do not suggest you to apply it before eating~)

4.What flavor do they have?
Currently they only have 4 flavors sold in Malaysia
Pink    : Paris Perfect Memories - Rasberry, Peach and Vanilla
Peach  : NY, Brilliant my way - Apple Ginger and Rose Tea

|EVENT|
After 2 years missing from blogging, finally decided to pick up blogging again. Really miss those times doing review & sharing my favorite stuff with everyone. Pretty much this event is like a come back for me.

Back to the event, Thanks Tammy & Butterfly Project for having this event & Kare for the Pretty location. a Short description about Kare, its something like a mini ikea, they sell glassware & furniture that are sooooooo pretty <3. 50 bloggers were invited to this event, and of course I know no one at there,but I get to know few of them ^^(thou i don't know their names ><!)

The event starts with the introduction of Chulip. We are introduce to Chulip & the current Chulip event that is going on (more information at the end of the blog)

After the introduction, we are let to choose our own chulip & decorations. Because there are too many people gathering at the table, I hardly get what I want, so I just make used of what ever I get.

Happy Belated Valentine!!

I believe it has been 2 years i did not blog... or at least did a proper blog. Must slap self to be more hardworking. Will try to update every 2 days to clear up back logs ><!!

I shall start 2015 blog with not the 1st shoot of the year, but the 3rd shoot instead lol~ Because it was my very 1st yolo shoot..like literally YOLO. So I saw my friend Mushroom was looking for a cosplayer for Valentine shoot, and so my curiosity made me dropped into the HUGE hole. Mush say she is looking for a Maki (a character from Lovelive) for the shoot, after asking some detail I agreed to them... WHY DID I EVEN AGREED?! HOW?! Lol~~I gotta rush out the costume in 1 week for the shoot, but i took  3days to finish it.. cause im lazy XD!!!! but I did a very very Fantastic job for the costume! (also I did 2 costume for the shoot), 1st time spending money on pretty laces & the effect was soo pretty XD! The Version for this costume requires lots of "Happy Valentine" painting.. & so I painted 2 huge logo & 4 times Happy valentine.. But I'm very very proud of the work i've done.

This is the 1st time I cosplay a character I've never tried before, I did not even have the wig to try on before I go for the shoot. I literally imagine the outlook with a very yolo makeup, went to the location, only get to try on with the wig. Thanks to my beautiful Vivien Onee-chan who kindly borrowed me her wig, I only manage to cos this character~ <3 I hope I did well for Maki, at least i think i did great for now ><!

My 2014 until now

Well....I'M SORRY FOR NOT UPDATING! ><!!!
Almost a year I did not do a proper update... OAO! Shall do a quick summary on half of my 2014~

ok~ so Cosplay 1st~
This year I did not cosplay much due to Time management with my college work. Because is my final year, I wanna focus on it more. I do still cosplay but mostly are done costumes (either I did it long ago/buy from taobao)

so my 1st cosplay is during January forVBG~ Kinda speed the costume out 1night before the event(last minit ppl ><!) Used 3 hrs to finish up so+- got imperfection somewhere...

Because the venue was kinda new & the event area is big with less ppl, me andthe photographers kinda did a mini shoot session. But during the whole event, my eyes got infection@@ so I didn't last long in my costume and I gotta take off my lenses

the 2nd I did was K-on Kotobuki Tsumugi Cosplay. Did it for Animax Carnival &also did a private shoot. This was my very 1st cosplay costume I had. was glad i still can wear it~ ^^" thou it became slightly loose at the skirt.

I'am a diehard fansof AKB48 Mayuyu~ So glad they did an anime about AKB so i can cosplay as her<3. As my last year post I had a group of 4, unfortunately 1 had went to Japan to study, no choice but our group shoot have to postpone until she is back ~ *sobs*

I actually stopped cosplay for a few months and then debuted my Mana from Guilty crown... originally suppose to have a group shoot, but something happen. So ended up the shoot was not done~ I did my Mana during Animangaki this year~ was quite fun cause i had not cosplay for a very long time & also get to know more ppl this year ^^ Also, coincidence I had a partner~Yui Miki~Her inori is socute &pretty~ <3

Now for my private life~ Actually lots of things happen.. all I can say ..DRAMA! Seriously my life if full of People who talk too much of nonsence.. I know each people have different opinion, honestly, you can say it out or people wont understand. If you have grudge on me/dislike me being near you, tell me dude! ALSO! I do not think my sense of style is bad, or my fashion designs are that bad that it looks like animation, Is 90% what you all think of me.. Hello! I do not think my LIFE will effect yours. 

ISH!! Too much to complaint. Really cant stand those people who talk behind people's back.. seriously.. I dont remember offending you.. shall  not spoil my pretty blog with all my complaints, i shall stop it here.
